Pad your underwear before you go in the shower.
When you’re on your period, getting out of the shower might feel like a race against time and gravity. Fortunately, there’s a less stressful alternative to scrambling to attach your pad to your underpants and subsequently your body. Instead of leaving your pad on the counter after you get out of the shower, you should fasten it to your underwear before you get in. After a quick rinse in the shower, you can go about your day with your pad and underwear already in place.
Iron Clothes using Ice Cubes
You don’t have to forego wearing an item of clothing because of wrinkles if you don’t have access to an iron. Instead, throw two to four ice cubes into the dryer along with the garments and set the timer for ten minutes. The dryer’s heat and the steam produced by the melting ice cubes will simulate a steamer’s heat and steam. The fact that iron marks are entirely avoidable using this procedure is an added bonus.
