These massive Koksan Guns are paraded around as a display of North Korea’s military might to South Korea and the rest of the globe. These 170 mm, self-propelled, open-turreted guns are deployed near the South Korean border. There are rumours that these weapons will not be as effective in combat as North Korea has threatened, and that their primary purpose is propaganda.
